1. Introduction

Welcome to inflo.store (the “Website”), operated by Yarify s.r.o., with its registered office at Raisova 916/15, Mariánské Hory, 709 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic, Company ID: 230 50 403, registered at the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, File 99020 (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our Website.

2. Definitions

• Product: Any item available for purchase on our Website.

• Order: A request by the Customer to purchase Products through the Website.

3. Formation of Contract

3.1. Order Placement: By submitting an Order through our Website, you make an offer to purchase the selected Products under these Terms.

3.2. Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your Order, we will send an Order confirmation email detailing the Products ordered and total price. This email serves as an acknowledgment of your Order but does not constitute acceptance.

3.3. Contract Formation: A binding contract is formed when we dispatch the Products to you, at which point the risk and ownership of the Products pass to you.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1. Pricing: All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2. Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods:

4.3. Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of Order placement. For bank transfers, the payment must be made within 7 calendar days from the Order date. Failure to receive payment within this period may result in Order cancellation.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery method and destination and will be displayed during the checkout process.

5.2. Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery times are provided in the Order confirmation. While we strive to meet these estimates, they are not guaranteed, and delays may occur.

5.3. Risk of Loss: The risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery of the Products.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1. Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer (as defined under Czech law), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.

6.2. Exercise of Right: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) within the 14-day period.

6.3. Return of Products: You are required to return the Products to us within 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

6.4. Refund: We will refund the purchase price of the returned Products within 14 days from the day we receive the returned items. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

6.5. Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

7. Warranty and Complaints

7.1. Legal Warranty: We provide a statutory 24-month warranty for defects in goods. If a defect occurs within this period, you are entitled to request a repair, replacement, or refund.

7.2. Complaint Procedure: To file a complaint, please contact us at our customer service email or address, providing details of the defect and, if possible, photographic evidence.

7.3. Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within 30 days from the date of receipt. If we cannot resolve the issue within this period, you have the right to withdraw from the contract.

8. Liability

8.1. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the Products purchased. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.

8.2. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1. Personal Data: We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection laws.

9.2. Newsletter: By providing your email address, you agree to receive newsletters and promotional materials. You can unsubscribe at any time.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

10.2. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact our customer service. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in the Czech Republic.
