All our products are custom-made on demand through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
This policy complies with Czech Republic consumer laws and EU regulations on distance selling.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a free replacement or refund.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@yarify.tech with:
– Your order number.
– A clear photo of the item showing the issue.
No Returns or Exchanges for Buyer’s Remorse
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if:
- You ordered the wrong size, color, or variant
- You changed your mind after placing the order
- You expected a different result not due to a manufacturing error
Please carefully check product descriptions, size charts, and customization details before placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If delivery fails due to:
- An incorrect address provided by you, or
- The package is unclaimed at the post office
We can offer:
A reprint at your expense (including re-shipping fees)
Shipping returns – Do Not Send Items Back
Please do not return items to us or to the manufacturer. As all products are print-on-demand, there is no central return location.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days.
EU Consumer Protection Notice
Under Czech and EU consumer law, customers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. However, this does not apply to:
- Custom-made goods (e.g., print-on-demand products)
- Digital goods that have been downloaded
Since our products are made-to-order, the right of withdrawal under § 1829 of the Czech Civil Code does not apply.
